Your role and responsibilities
Strategy & Value Leader that guides the strategic direction and value delivery for a large-scale infrastructure modernization program. This role will be pivotal in defining how the program sets goals, measures success, and demonstrates impact — ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations, regulatory requirements, and long-term operational objectives. The ideal candidate will have experience in large, complex infrastructure or technology modernization programs, strong analytical and communications skills, and the ability to translate strategic vision into measurable outcomes.
Required technical and professional expertise
• 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, program management, or value management in large-scale infrastructure or technology programs.
• Proven experience with performance measurement frameworks, benefits realization, and impact reporting.
• Strong understanding of FAA or other federal agency programs, regulations, and reporting requirements.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information to diverse stakeholders.
• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in multi-disciplinary and multi-stakeholder environments.
