We are seeking a dynamic **_Program Manager_** to oversee client satisfaction, contractor engagement, and operational excellence across key programs. This individual will serve as the central connection point between our clients, our contract workforce, and our internal delivery teams, ensuring flawless execution and driving program success and growth.
Responsibilities:
+ Lead new program implementations by translating contract requirements into operational execution including reporting standards, system configuration needs, service-level cadences, and clearly defined repeatable processes to ensure a seamless transition to steady-state operations.
+ Act as the primary liaison with client leadership to understand their business needs, operational priorities, and strategic goals.
+ Build and nurture strong relationships with decision-makers and end users to support long-term client satisfaction and retention.
+ Lead program execution, ensuring service delivery meets defined contractual, operational, and performance standards.
+ Oversee workforce engagement including communication, onboarding, performance management, and recognition to ensure a positive and productive contractor experience.
+ Partner with Recruiting, HR, Legal, Operations, and Business Development teams to ensure alignment of resources and support for each program’s success.
+ Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and client experience.
+ Review and analyze performance metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for program optimization.
+ Develop and deliver periodic business reviews with clients, highlighting performance trends, strategic recommendations, and partnership outcomes.
+ Resolve issues quickly and effectively to support positive outcomes for the client and workforce.
+ Manage key administrative processes including order lifecycle management, payroll and timekeeping accuracy, reporting, and compliance documentation.
Requirements:
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
+ Minimum 5 years of experience in program management, account management, customer success, or similar roles involving workforce leadership.
Experience supporting large client programs and managing contract employees is a plus.
