    We believe that building powerful teams starts with recruiters who understand both the pace and depth of technical hiring. We’re partnering with a fast-moving, product-led client and are looking for an experienced, strategic **Senior Technical Recruiter** to drive hiring for **mobile and web engineering** roles across product-facing teams.

    What You’ll Do

    + Own full-cycle recruiting for mobile and web engineering roles (iOS, Android, Front-End, Full-Stack).

    + Partner closely with Engineering and Product leadership to define hiring needs, refine search strategies, and drive interview process alignment.

    + Source, engage, and influence top product-focused engineering talent through LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and broader developer communities.

    + Lead candidate experience from first touch to offer close — ensuring speed, clarity, and high-touch engagement.

    + Track and communicate recruiting funnel health, conversion, and offer metrics to inform decisions and accelerate hiring.

    + Maintain clean pipelines, documentation, and data integrity across ATS and sourcing systems.

    What We’re Looking For

    + **4+ years** full-cycle **technical recruiting** experience, ideally focused on product engineering hiring.

    + Deep understanding of iOS, Android, Front-End, and Full-Stack profiles.

    + Demonstrated strength in candidate sourcing, talent mapping, and building competitive talent pipelines.

    + Strong communication and stakeholder partnership skills — able to influence, guide, and advise.

    + Highly organized, proactive, and data-driven in tracking pipelines and outcomes.

    + Thrives in fast-moving, high-context environments.

    + **Hybrid — must be based in NYC, Menlo Park, or Chicago, with onsite collaboration as needed.**
