Your role and responsibilities

As a ServiceNow Developer, you'll participate in many aspects of the configuration and implementation of the ServiceNow platform, such as design, configuration, integrations, testing, and support. You will work with the IBM ServiceNow team and other Hybrid Cloud teams to deliver services to our clients.

Your primary responsibilities include:

* Assisting clients in the design, business architecture, process development, functional implementation, and support of ServiceNow Applications.

* Developing and customizing ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, AngularJS, and REST APIs.

* Designed and implemented Disposition tool to manage vulnerabilities and dispositions using ServiceNow UI Builder features adding great value to the current business process.

* Collaborate with business consultants, project team and client resources in defining, detailing, and scoping the technical requirements into solution architecture.

* Contribute to the design and development of client-specific needs, including API-based integrations and custom design for UX/UI.

* Improvement of existing Scripts using ES6 JavaScript features.

* Creating detailed technical documentation for design and implementation.

* Perform ServiceNow module-specific implementation and configuration.

* Coordination with the technical team, client management and other stakeholders.

* Supporting other teams by providing input, based on knowledge and experience to optimize the configuration.

* Utilize ServiceNow Now Create and other leading practice

* Implementing various reusable ATF test suites to automate tests to verify ServiceNow applications, customizations, and configurations which avoids repetitive and time-consuming testing.

* Delivery testing, validation, and hyper care activities.

* Identifying and fixing performance issues.

* Creating, managing, and deploying update sets and complete appropriate testing, remediation to support go-live or production release.

* Complete various technical and management training courses to grow my expertise within ServiceNow and other areas of interest.

Required technical and professional expertise

* Bacehlors Degree

* 5 years of experience with the ServiceNow platform

* ServiceNow Certifications - CSA

Preferred technical and professional experience

* ServiceNow Certifications - CAD, Oghter
