What You'll Be Doing

+ Lead daily production operations to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency.

+ Monitor and optimize plant processes to meet production targets.

+ Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to minimize downtime.

+ Support and coach team members to foster a high-performance culture.

+ Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.

Work Environment

This role is based in a cement manufacturing plant and involves working in both indoor and outdoor industrial settings. The position requires walking, climbing, and standing for extended periods, and may include exposure to dust, noise, and varying weather conditions.
