    Schedule:

    + 10:00am – 6:30pm, Monday–Friday

    + Rotational weekends and holidays required

    + Weekly schedule may vary based on production and staffing needs

    Education Requirement:

    + High School Diploma (or equivalent) required

    Equipment Knowledge (preferred):

    + pH meter & probes, autoclave, water bath, microwave

    + Dairy pipettes, scales, thermometers

    + Laminar flow hood, incubator, freezer, refrigerator

    What You’ll Do:

    + Perform pH testing and monitor product quality

    + Prepare agar media, plating controls, and reagents

    + Operate lab equipment per company and manufacturer procedures

    + Document test results accurately and in compliance with standards

    + Communicate out-of-specification results to prevent product issues

    + Assist in maintaining product retention samples and shelf-life studies

    + Support domestic and international shipments with proper documentation

    + Maintain clean, sanitary work areas and follow company safety policies

    + Complete tasks as part of the Performance Excellence program

    + Perform other duties as assigned

     

    Pay Range: $20.80 - $21.80
