    Field Training Supervisor (Outdoors) – Full Time – Seattle, WA

    **Available Shift:** Sunday - Thursday 2pm-10:45pm

    **Wage:** $28.83/Hour

     

    The Field Training Supervisor at Securitas is responsible for overseeing the training and development of security personnel. This role involves facilitating training sessions, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with training requirements. The supervisor will also create training materials and provide coaching to staff, ensuring that all team members are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.

    What Your Day May Look Like

    + Provide on-the-job training and coaching to specialists as needed.

    + Act to ensure compliance with legally mandated, contractual, and company mandated training.

    + Confer with managers and supervisors to determine training needs and approaches.

    + Update and develop training curriculum.

    + Develop training schedules in conjunction with management.

    + Follow appropriate instructional procedures and methods for training needs.

    + Organize training manuals, reference library, testing and evaluation materials, visual aids, and other educational materials.

    + Maintain records and prepare reports to evaluate performance of training activities, and to monitor progress of trainees.

    + Document interactions and report findings to leadership.

    + Cross train with Training and Development Supervisors to serve as a backup.

    Position Requirements

    + Must be at least 18 years of age.

    + High school diploma or GED required, OR ability to complete GED program within 6 months.

    + Standard computer / technology skills needed.

    + Minimum of 1 year of security experience, customer service, or hospitality experience required.

    + Reliable, accountable, punctual, and strong work ethic.

    + Strong verbal / written communication skills.

    + Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills a plus!

    + Customer service background preferred.

    + Ability to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner.

    + All candidates must be willing to participate in Securitas’ pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
