Job Summary and Qualifications

Plans, organizes, and coordinates the daily operations of the Cardiovascular departments. Assists with workflow as necessary. In collaboration with other Cardiovascular/Imaging managers, performs the duties of the director in his/her absence. Provides a variety of administrative -related functions including responsibility for the operational management of Imaging Services departments.

Position Requirements

Required Registration, Licensure or Certification

+ Current registry by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists and Current certification as a Radiologic Technologist by the Kansas State Board of Healing Arts

+ OR Current Licensure in the State of Kansas as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Current Multi-State Licensure as a Registered Nurse.

+ Current Basic Life Support (BLS) verification course through American Heart Assoc. and American Red Cross - Healthcare Provider CPR

+ Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) verification course within 90 days

Preferred Registration, Licensure or Certification

+ Successful completion of the Wesley Dysrhythmia Exam

Required Education or Experience

+ Graduate of school of Radiologic Technology or graduate of school of professional nursing

+ Two years of technical experience in an Cardiovascular Department

+ Bachelor's degree
