As Parking Program Manager, you will contribute to the quality of patient experience by planning, directing, and reporting on all facets of parking operations. A caregiver in this role will effectively manage regional projects, collaborate with the customer service office, and oversee ombudsman calls, while also interacting with other project managers and agency workers.
A caregiver in this position works onsite at Main Campus, Monday- Friday 8:00am-5:00pm, with no weekend or holiday requirements.
A caregiver who excels in this role will:
+ Direct effective self-park, valet, and special event parking operations to ensure safe, timely, courteous and cost-effective parking of patients, visitors and employees on the Cleveland Clinic campus and other off-site locations.
+ Recruit, retain, and train a workforce who achieves high levels of customer satisfaction.
+ Manage budgets and contract management with outsourced providers.
+ Use data metrics to make effective decisions for improvement.
+ Other duties as assigned.
Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field.
+ Minimum six years experience in a general business setting with progressive responsibilities.
+ Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
+ Experience in a large parking system or related area.

Physical Requirements:
+ Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods
+ Ability to travel throughout the Cleveland Clinic health system
+ Ability to travel to locations outside of the Cleveland Clinic health system
+ Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment
+ Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information
+ Ability to move items weighing up to 10 pounds (lbs.)
+ Ability to drive
Personal Protective Equipment:
+ Follows standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required.
Pay Range
Minimum Annual Salary: $69,600.00
Maximum Annual Salary: $106,132.50
The pay range displayed on this job posting reflects the anticipated range for new hires. A successful candidate's actual compensation will be determined after taking factors into consideration such as the candidate's work history, experience, skill set and education. The pay range displayed does not include any applicable pay practices (e.g., shift differentials, overtime, etc.).
