    Job Description:

    Parsons is looking for a talented Geospatial Reality Capture Lead to join our team within Parsons X, the innovation hub of Parsons! In this role, you will leverage GIS & reality capture software to collect, manage, analyze, and visualize client data. Experience with ArcGIS Enterprise, mobile data collection (Survey123, Field Maps), and photogrammetry/LiDAR/reality capture technology is required. Candidates should have a background in GIS project management, including the use of related software like JIRA, P6, or Microsoft Project.

    What You'll Be Doing:

    + Designing and managing the collection of field asset data using mobile data collection solutions like Survey123 and Field Maps.

    + Integrating drone and terrestrial scan data for facility planning.

    + Coordinating field teams visiting project sites across the country.

    + Supporting business development to identify and win projects, including drafting and reviewing proposals.

    + Managing and analyzing spatial data using Esri ArcGIS software, including ArcGIS Enterprise.

    + Creating and maintaining databases and systems to support geospatial solutions.

    + Troubleshooting systems and peripheral issues to ensure seamless project execution.

    + Communicating results of assigned tasks in writing and documenting work performed on projects.

    + Leading a team of GIS and field data collection specialists working to creating innovative geospatial products.

    + Structuring and collecting the data required to build robust digital twin solutions.

    + Working with GIS, PMIS, BIM, modeling, & EAM datasets across the asset lifecycle.

    What Required Skills You'll Bring:

    + Expertise in Esri ArcGIS software, including ArcGIS Enterprise.

    + Extensive Experience with 3D modeling & digital twin solutions.

    + Experience working with drone & terrestrial imagery & LiDAR data.

    + Experience designing and managing mobile data collection workflows.

    + Working knowledge of industry practices in GIS and geospatial analysis.

    + Ability to design and maintain databases and other database formats.

    + Experience leading teams, including scheduling and budgeting.

    + Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and security.

    + Ability to independently assess workflow anomalies, software problems, and program design flaws, and take appropriate steps to make the project work.

    + Proficiency in basic office software including MS-Word, MS-Excel, & MS-PowerPoint.

    + Demonstrated proficiency in both written and oral communication skills.

    What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

    + Experience working with FAA / Air Traffic Control Systems

    + Business development experience drafting and leading proposals.

    + Experience working with CUI and sensitive data and related environments.

    + Experience with ETL tools like FME Workbench/Server.

    + Experience managing enterprise databases and integrations.

    + Experience with web map & dashboard development.

    + Experience scheduling and coordinating field teams.

    + Experience working for US federal agencies.

    Education/Experience:

    + Bachelor’s Degree in Geography, GIS, Computer Vision, or a related field.

    + Preferred - Master’s Degree in Geography, GIS, Computer Vision, or related curriculum

    + 15+ years of related experience, including leading GIS teams and developing geospatial products.

    Additional Information:

    + Must be a US Person able to work on sensitive federal contracts.

    + Willingness to travel desired.

    + Remote, hybrid, or in-office.

    Salary Range: $100,900.00 - $176,600.00
