As an Administrative Assistant III, you will provide proactive administrative support to leaders at the Director and Vice President levels and will actively contribute to the creation and execution of various projects and goals. You'll be responsible for responding to inquiries from internal and external sources, creating, consolidating and routing reports and presentations, and creating and editing spreadsheets. You'll prepare and submit expense reports and purchase requisitions on behalf of our leaders and their direct reports, and maintain executive contact information and filing system processes. You'll also be responsible for executing business meals as well as scheduling and working on-site meetings and events. In addition, you'll partner with the IT and Facilities departments to ensure all conference rooms and public areas meet all company operation standards.
As SNC's corporate team, we provide the company and its business areas with strategic direction and business support spanning executive management, finance and accounting, operations, human resources, legal, IT, information security, facilities, marketing, and communications.
Responsibilities:
+ Managing Calendars and Scheduling
+ Travel arrangements & Expense reimbursements
+ Offsite/onsite Meeting and Engagement Events
+ Ordering Business Meals
+ Communications, Presentations and Executive Summaries
+ Department Project Tracking
+ Purchase Requests
+ Conference Room Maintenance
+ Employee Onboarding/Offboarding for Department
Qualifications You Must Have:
+ A.A. (or equivalent degree) and 4 years of relevant work experience, or H.S. Diploma and 5 years of relevant work experience.
+ Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Teams, and SharePoint is required.
+ Must have proficient knowledge of administrative practices, to include preparing expense reports and purchase requisitions, and coordinating meetings, events and travel.
+ Must be extremely dynamic, demonstrate initiative, and have the ability to multi-task in a very fast paced-environment.
+ Must be able to develop solutions to a variety of complex problems, and have experience in the creation and execution of projects and goals.
Qualifications We Prefer:
+ Experience with Security and Safety protocols
+ Experience with Concur Travel and Expense platform or other travel management systems
+ Knowledgeable in Program Management tactics and Software such as MS Project or Smartsheet.
