**Senior Recruiter expected salary range of $94,500 to $105,000** , varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).

SENIOR RECRUITER - PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION
This individual is responsible for high volume full life cycle recruiting for assigned clients.
RECRUITER - PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION
Manages recruitment and internal staffing selection for union/craft physical schools and entry level positions. Serves as contact and maintains relationships with outside employment and community agencies. Coordinates all selection processes and support activities related to recruitment and staffing.
SENIOR RECRUITER - PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
+ Full-cycle recruiting for the company's open positions: advertise, recruit, screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure that only qualified and interested candidates are presented to hiring managers.
+ Interview candidates to determine knowledge, skills, and abilities compared to job scope and requirements. Evaluate candidate fit to company needs and make recommendation to hiring managers based on these interviews. Manage candidate experience including positioning the opportunity & company, administer technical exercises, phone screens, coordinate interview schedules, summarize feedback, make hiring recommendations, and manage the offer process.
+ Manage position vacancies using an applicant tracking system (ATS) to include: posting vacancies, searching the database, reviewing resumes, forwarding resumes and maintaining candidate activity. Train hiring managers on the ATS so they may effectively select qualified candidates.
+ Provides expertise and guidance to business unit senior management to meet their strategic staffing needs. Analyzes results of staffing reports to determine trends, critical issues, and gaps in both the short and long-term complete with recommendations of future actions.
+ Directs the implementation of large-scale restaffing initiatives and Creates executive replacement options and assesses where gaps are evident. Establishes and maintains contact with all sources of employment to create pools of candidates for open positions. Evaluates success of strategic staffing initiatives and determines alternate methods.
+ Supports local university relations and campus recruiting efforts.
+ Negotiate offers and draft offer letters in accordance with policy and procedures. Administer pre-employment assessments. Act as the Equal Employment Officer to ensure the company attracts, employs and maintains hiring practices for a diverse workforce.
RECRUITER - PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
+ Manage candidates that apply through various sources such as personal and corporate networks, advertising, and community affiliations.
+ Prescreen and review candidate experience and skills against established position descriptions and other essential information provided by hiring managers.
+ Coordinate, facilitate and participate in all pre-employment interviewing, assessment, and testing and scoring.
+ Consult with hiring managers and Corporate Compensation to develop written employment offers to candidates.
+ Maintain and track all data relating to the recruitment and staffing activities of the physical schools and entry level craft and union hiring.
+ Run various and periodic reports that measure department performance indicators as determined by the hiring managers.
+ Develop and maintain relationships with community-based employment programs and various Universities and Colleges. Evaluate success of recruitment and staffing initiatives through lessons learned.
SENIOR RECRUITER - MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
+ 4-year degree and minimum 5 years recruiting experience or HR function experience.
+ In lieu of degree, minimum of 9 years recruiting or HR function experience.
RECRUITER - MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
+ 4-year degree and minimum 2 years recruiting experience or HR function experience.
+ In lieu of degree, minimum of 6 years recruiting experience or HR experience.
SENIOR RECRUITER - PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
+ 6 years of high volume full life cycle recruiting experience.
+ Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
+ Proficiency with ATS platforms and sourcing tools.
