    Responsibilities:

    + Translate customer insights into actionable product requirements.

    + Partner with engineers and architects to ensure technical feasibility and alignment.

    + Define and manage all product stages—from ideation to post-launch.

    + Conduct market and competitive analysis to uncover opportunities.

    + Lead user research and translate findings into product features and user stories.

    + Create compelling product presentations for technical and non-technical audiences.

    + Collaborate across design, development, and product teams to ensure successful delivery.

    + Define KPIs, delivery timelines, and prioritize backlog items based on business impact.

    + Maintain product documentation including specs, guides, and release notes.

    + Measure and report on product performance.

    Experience and Qualifications:

    + A minimum of 3-5 years in product management with a focus on technical products.

    + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or equivalent experience.

    + Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, DAD).

    + Expertise in user research (A/B testing, journey mapping).

    + Proficiency in product analytics and data tools.

    + Familiarity with emerging technologies like AI, Blockchain, and Generative AI.

    **Pay Philosophy** : The typical starting salary range for this role is determined by several factors including skills, experience, education, certifications, and location. Some roles at MAPFRE are eligible for commission and/or bonus earnings, in addition to salary, calculated based upon factors set forth in the compensation plan for the role.

     

    Salary Range $77,700 - $110,500
