    Minimum Qualifications:

    Bachelor’s degree in a related field and five years of experience in program management, preferably in an IT or healthcare technology environment. An equivalent combination of education and experience relevant to the role may be considered for this position.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a clinically related field preferred; however, years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

    + Project or Program management experience

    + Epic Community Connect experience

    + Knowledge and experience in implementing and supporting healthcare applications.

    + Experience with documenting workflows utilizing Microsoft Visio.

    Job Summary:

    The Information Technology Services (ITS) Program Manager is responsible for leading the strategic, operational, and financial management of assigned IT programs. This role ensures the delivery of secure, efficient, and user-centered technology services that support clinical care, research, and education. The Program Manager fosters cross-functional collaboration, drives innovation, and ensures alignment with institutional goals.

    Job Duties:

    + Relationship and contracts manager between the Community Connect host and the Community Connect affiliate.

    + Research and manage the specifications of 3rd party contracts that are associated with a Community Connect affiliate.

    + Lead meetings and provide clear and concise communication with customers/affiliates.

    + Manage all service requests entered by customers/affiliates and ensure timely response/resolution from the project team

    + Participates in and coordinates all phases of total system planning specifications for facility requirements.

    + Responsible for coordinating services/applications provided to the affiliate, including the operating systems, network integration, security, file maintenance, and advanced software packages.

    + Responsible for disaster recovery planning, business continuity planning, and the coordination of testing of the plans within the associated infrastructure for applications provided to the Community Connect affiliate.

    + Serves as a liaison between technical personnel and the Community Connect affiliate and must be able to communicate complex situations quickly and clearly to people with a variety of technical skills.

    + Performs related duties as required and miscellaneous tasks as assigned.

    Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

    + Ability to provide advanced support and resolutions of complex or escalated issues.

    + Ability to manage a wide range of projects, large and small, along with a high volume of service requests.

    + Ability to work independently and in a workgroup.

    + Ability to create and/or maintain all clinical systems documentation, to include solutions as appropriate, to enable ongoing support of clinical systems.

    + Ability to prepare a presentation and present to an audience comprised of varying levels of leadership.

    + Demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills.

    + Demonstrate effective oral and written communications and follow-up skills, and strong interpersonal relationship skills.

    + Strong communication skills.

    Salary Range:

    **$87,538 - $** **108,000** Actual salary commensurate with experience.

    Work Schedule:

    Remote position. 8 am to 5 pm, and as needed on occasion.
