    + Follow standardized work processes and adhere to safe work practices in a continuous improvement environment.

    + Effectively carry out assigned tasks throughout your shift to ensure smooth operations.

    + Inspect products to meet quality standards and customer specifications.

    + Safely operate machines and equipment, reporting any issues to your Lead.

    + Maintain a clean and organized workspace and assist with housekeeping and maintenance during downtime.

    + Accurately report production, track scrap and downtime, and submit reports to your Shift Supervisor.

    + Support plant efficiency by performing additional duties as requested by leadership.

    + Previous experience in a manufacturing setting is preferred.

    + High school diploma or GED, or equivalent work experience.

    + Ability to read and understand policy and procedure manuals.

    + Skilled in the safe operation of hand and power tools.

    + Proficient in using measuring instruments such as calipers, thickness gauges, and dial indicators.

    + Strong attention to detail to ensure product quality and safety.

    + Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing assignments and priorities.

    + Basic computer skills to complete reports, update orders, and enter production data.

    + Must be able to work 12-hour night shifts, including weekends as needed.

     

    Shift hours: 5:48AM-2:00PM, or 1:48PM-10:00PM, or 9:48PM-6:00AM
