Job Summary and Responsibilities
JOB SUMMARY / PURPOSE
The Talent Development Program Manager leads the development and execution of enterprise-wide initiatives for executive development, onboarding and coaching programs that strengthen leadership capability and advance organizational performance through intentional, talent development strategies.
ESSENTIAL KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Program Ownership
• Design, implement, and manage development planning frameworks, tools, and processes. ○ Ensure alignment with organizational strategy, talent management, and workforce planning. ● Talent Development
• Partner with HR and leaders to identify critical roles and development needs.
• Coordinate and facilitate development plan creation and monitoring key positions.
• Establish and maintain tracking systems to monitor participation, progress, outcomes, and impact. ○ Champion a culture of learning, development, and leadership excellence across the enterprise. ○ Create scalable frameworks, tools, and processes to ensure consistent program delivery across enterprise.
• Executive Coaching & Onboarding
• Facilitate collaboration across multidisciplinary teams—including Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, TLCC Delivery, and HR Ops—to ensure program alignment and integration.
• Establish and maintain tracking systems to monitor participation, progress, outcomes, and impact. ○ Partner with external coaches, consultants, and vendors to deliver high-quality experiences and outcomes.
• Continuously assess and refine program components based on feedback, outcomes, and emerging best practices.
• Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration
• Advise leaders on development strategies and best practices.
• Partner with Learning & Development to connect development programs with development needs. ○ Provide resources, training, and communication to support leaders in developing future talent. ○ Partner with People Insights to develop dashboards, reports, and insights for executives and HR leadership.
• Analyze leadership pipeline data to anticipate future capability needs and drive proactive talent development and succession planning.
• Culture & Change Enablement
• Promote a culture of proactive talent development and internal mobility.
• Drive adoption of talent development planning practices across the enterprise.
Job Requirements
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Required Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development or related field. Masters degree preferred. Experience working in regional or matrixed organizational structures is highly desirable.
Required Licensure and Certifications
Preferred certifications: Human Resources, Executive Coaching, Talent Assessments, etc.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Training
8+ years of experience in HR, leadership development, or organization development, with direct experience in executive development or executive coaching. Strong facilitation and consulting experience with enterprise senior leaders. Analytical and strategic thinker with experience using data to drive decisions. Excellent communication, influence, and program management skills.

Pay Range
$43.20 - $64.26 /hour
