The Boeing Company is currently seeking a **Senior Industrial Security Specialist** to join the team in **Berkeley, MO** .
Join our team as a Senior Industrial Security Specialist, where you will play a crucial role in supporting dynamic programs impacting national security within the Phantom Works division. Position Responsibilities:
+ Execute Internal Security Controls through performance of compliance assessment reviews and self-inspections to ensure compliance with government and company regulations/requirements
+ Identify deficiency, develop and implement corrective action
+ Communicate results to security management and customers
+ Conduct Administrative Inquiries on personnel, processes and situations in accordance with established operating procedures to determine level and scope of non-compliance with government and company regulations/requirements
+ Communicate results to security management and customers
+ Conduct Communication Security (COMSEC) duties and responsibilities (including inventory, distribution and destruction), in compliance with government regulations/requirements
+ Protect government, intellectual, third party and company information from unauthorized disclosures
+ Develop, implement and administer an Operational Security program, security education, procedures and physical controls to ensure compliance with government and company regulations/requirements on large and/or complex programs
+ Lead and perform Personnel Security team and/or processes to assist in obtaining individual security clearance/accesses for complex customer requirements
+ Establish and implement a security awareness training and education program to educate, refresh, and motivate personnel to protect people, property and information
+ Perform Physical Security duties and responsibilities within Boeing facilities to ensure compliance with company and government regulations/requirements
+ Perform Sub-Contractor Management to ensure compliance with government regulations/requirements
+ Communicate results to security management and customers
+ Participate, as requested, in the enterprise Integrated Product Team (IPT)
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
+ Successfully completed a Tier 5 Investigation (T5), formerly known as a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) by the federal government within the last 5 years, or enrolled in a Continuous Vetting program within the last 5 years
+ Ability to obtain access to Special Access Programs (SAP)
+ 10+ years of experience working in one or a combination of the following domains: NISP, SAP and/or SCI
+ 10+ years of experience working in a classified environment
+ Ability to travel 10% of the time
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent work or military experience
+ 5+ years of experience in Industrial Security
+ Experience with National Industrial Security Program (NISP) and 32 CFR, part 117 (NISPOM)
+ Experience with Department of Defense Manual (DoDM) 5205.07
+ Experience with ICD 705 Construction Standards

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $123,250 - $166,750
