SUMMARY
The Human Resources Specialist will support global HR functions by ensuring compliance with labor laws and policies, managing confidential employee transactions, developing and analyzing HR metrics for strategic decision-making, lead and/or assist with global HR projects, and fostering employee development and succession planning. The position will provide direct support for the global HR team, as needed, under the direction of the Vice President, Human Resources.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
+ Compliance & Risk Management:Maintains global policies, labor laws, and regulations. Ensures global documents, such as Code of Conduct, Non-Competes and Policies are compliant.
+ Employee Transactions:Assist with employment demands such as hiring, compensation/benefits, negotiations, and employee relations. Maintain the highest level of confidentiality in all transactions.
+ HR Metrics:Collaborate with HR Analyst and HR leadership to develop and analyze HR data. Craft action plans to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and informed decision-making for regional and global programs.
+ Project Management:Lead or assist with global HR projects, including Sustainability, Acquisitions, and HCM Integration.
+ Employee Development: Support employee performance and development programs for all EJ Group employees, collaborate on and manage succession planning.
+ Provide support to Global HR Personnel as directed by VP, HR.
QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
+ Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
+ Desired:Masters Degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, or Business Administration (with emphasis in HR)
+ Experience:5-15 years, with international experience a plus
+ Certifications:PHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP preferred
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, experience with HCM program(s), data analytics.
