**Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA)** is looking for a **First-Line Products & Services Quality Manager** (Level K) to support the Fabrication Quality Boeing Portland team onsite in **Portland, Oregon** .

Position Responsibilities:

+ Manages employees who evaluate and ensure that products, services and processes comply with customer contract requirements, engineering requirements, company procedures and government regulations

+ Develops and executes business plans, policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategies to improve performance

+ Provides education and coaching on the Quality System

+ May make airworthiness determinations on behalf of the company and regulatory agencies

+ Acquires and manages resources and leads process improvements

+ Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, suppliers and direct reports

+ Data analytical skills with Tableau or other business intelligence software

+ Manages, develops and motivates employees

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

+ 5+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal role

+ 5+ years working with managing product definition data requirements, processes, or product data

+ 5+ years of experience with root cause corrective analysis

+ 5+ years of experience with Quality Management System (QMS)

+ 5+ years of experience performing Material Review Board (MRB) product review

+ Willing to work variable shifts, including weekends and overtime (primarily 1st shift)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

+ Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering

+ 3+ years of experience in a factory environment

+ 3+ years of experience working with quality and/or manufacturing data systems

+ 3+ years of experience using Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Shift:

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary Pay Range: $133,500 - $153,500
