             Our client, a leader in aerospace manufacturing, is seeking a Sr Advanced Manufacturing Engineer to join their team. As a Sr Advanced Manufacturing Engineer, you will be part of the Engineering Department supporting process development and manufacturing optimization. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, proactive problem-solving, and excellent collaboration abilities, which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** Sr Advanced Manufacturing Engineer **Location:** Minneapolis, MN **Pay Range:** $52.88-$57.70 hourly What's the Job? + Develop and modify manufacturing processes for high-precision products such as Ring Laser Gyroscopes and MEMS-based sensors. + Define process equipment requirements and specifications to meet product standards. + Analyze workflow, equipment layout, and assembly methods to maximize efficiency and productivity. + Support daily production activities and lead process improvement projects to enhance yield and reduce cycle times. + Investigate technical issues, facilitate root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. What's Needed? + Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or a related technical discipline from an accredited institution. + Minimum of 5+ years of experience in product or process engineering within a manufacturing environment. + Experience with optics, sensors, electronic assemblies, or test equipment is highly valued. + Proficiency in creating detailed process documentation, change control, and tracking. + Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and statistical analysis, with Greenbelt or Blackbelt certification preferred.
