    Our client, a leader in the energy and environmental sector, is seeking a Business Analyst to join their team who will support project teams and working groups in clean energy space. .

     

    **Job Title:** Business Analyst | 3 years contract

    **Location:** 100% Remote

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Translate business needs into formal requirements to support project objectives

    + Create comprehensive functional and technical documentation for system processes

    + Design and develop Salesforce solutions, including Lightning capabilities, Flows, and Approval Processes

    + Generate reports and analyze data within Salesforce to support decision-making

    + Facilitate user acceptance testing and provide end-user training on new systems

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Minimum of 2 years experience in systems analysis, with a focus on Salesforce platforms

    + Proficiency in creating reports, understanding Salesforce data models, and metadata

    + Experience with Jira, SharePoint, and Tableau is preferred

    + Strong communication skills to explain complex technical concepts clearly

    + Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively
