             Our client, a leader in the financial industry, is seeking a Business Execution Consultant 4 - Contingent to join their team. As a Business Execution Consultant 4 - Contingent, you will be part of the Business Strategy Department supporting large-scale initiatives and complex project planning. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and excellent collaboration abilities, which will align successfully within the organization. **Job Title:** Business Execution Consultant 4 - Contingent **Location:** Charlotte, NC **Pay Range:** $57- $62/ hr What's the Job? + Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Business Execution. + Review and analyze multifaceted, long-term Business Execution challenges, evaluating multiple factors including intangible and unprecedented elements. + Contribute to resolving complex situations by applying a thorough understanding of policies, procedures, and compliance requirements to meet project deliverables. + Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes. + Support the development and implementation of strategic plans that drive organizational success. What's Needed? + Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning, demonstrated through work, consulting, training, military service, or education. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate complex scenarios. + Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. + Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing project requirements. + Deep understanding of policies, procedures, and compliance standards relevant to business execution.
