Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing support, is seeking a Forklift Operator to join their team. As a Forklift Operator, you will be part of the Industrial department supporting warehouse and logistics operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Forklift Operator

**Location:** Ellisville, MO

**Pay Range:** $18.70 - 20.26

Shift: Multiple available

+ 2nd shift (2:30pm-11pm, M-F)

+ Weekends (6am-6:30pm Sat/Sun) with optional on-call during the week

What's the Job?

+ Operate powered industrial equipment in close quarters to support daily operations

+ Ensure timely delivery of materials to production machines to maintain workflow

+ Receive, put away incoming products, and perform inventory transactions using RF scanners and computers

+ Perform safety inspections on forklifts and maintain a clean, organized work area

+ Assist with waste and material management activities in compliance with regulatory standards

What's Needed?

+ Prior operation of electric pallet jack and forklift is required

+ Basic math skills for inventory and measurement tasks

+ Ability to stand, sit, walk, bend, stoop, and reach safely for extended periods

+ Physical ability to lift up to 35 pounds regularly and work in strenuous conditions

+ Strong commitment to safety and quality standards
