Our client, a leading organization in the technology sector, is seeking a Program Manager Tech 4 to join their team. This is a **Technical Program/Project Manager** role focused on managing **training and content publishing projects** within Microsoft’s internal learning ecosystem. The person will oversee end-to-end delivery — from planning and tracking progress to coordinating with cross-functional teams — ensuring projects are completed on time and meet quality expectations.

**Location:** Remote

**Pay Range:** $55/hr - $60/hr

What's the Job?

+ Interface with clients on technical and business issues from project initiation through delivery.

+ Drive program and project schedules, providing regular status reports to stakeholders.

+ Create and review functional specifications to guide product or service implementation.

+ Support Product Managers & Product Unit Managers with technical and analytical insights.

+ Organize cross-functional activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

What's Needed?

+ Minimum of 18 months of relevant experience in project management or related fields.

+ Strong communication skills and experience working in demanding environments.

+ Technical exposure including writing SQL queries, data analysis, and report/visualization building.

+ Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with a focus on deadlines and quality.

+ Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
