Our client, a leading organization in the technology and financial services sector, is seeking a QA Lead (Charlotte) to join their dynamic team. As a QA Lead (Charlotte), you will be an integral part of the Quality Assurance department supporting the software development lifecycle. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to testing, aligning successfully with the organization’s commitment to quality and innovation.

**Job Title:** QA Lead (Charlotte)

**Location:** Charlotte, NC (Hybrid -3 days onsite per week)

Position type: 12+ months with high possibility of extension/Conversion

What's the Job?

+ Lead a team of offshore QA professionals to ensure testing excellence and adherence to project timelines.

+ Drive testing strategies, conduct functional testing, and oversee testing activities to maintain high-quality standards.

+ Communicate effectively with stakeholders to report testing progress, issues, and resolutions.

+ Review and analyze architecture diagrams and database testing requirements to support comprehensive testing efforts.

+ Mentor team members and foster a collaborative environment focused on continuous improvement.

What's Needed?

+ Minimum of 5 years experience in functional/manual testing, with a proven track record of leading testing teams.

+ Strong knowledge of ADA testing, Jira, and Octane for test management and defect tracking.

+ Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

+ Experience with database testing, SQL, and API testing tools like Postman is highly desirable.

+ Knowledge of automation testing and system architecture is a plus.
