Our client in the Manufacturing Industry, is seeking a Planner Administrative Assistant to join their team.
As a **Planner Administrative Assistant** , you will be part of the **Production Planning Department** supporting **operations and supply management teams** . The ideal candidate will be **organized** , **punctual** , and **computer literate** , which will align successfully in the organization.
Shift:** **Mon- Fri 7am-3:30pm
Pay Range:** **$20.63 hour
What’s the Job?
+ Perform weekly inventory counts of label closet items.
+ Release production orders in SAP using provided spreadsheets and report shortages.
+ Order and maintain office and coffee supplies.
+ Sort, staple, and organize production paperwork.
+ Prepare reports, maintain records, and support daily administrative operations. **What’s needed?**
+ 2-year vocational training or equivalent experience
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
+ Comfortable learning and using SAP software.
+ Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
+ Excellent attendance, reliability, and time management.
