Our client, a leading organization in facility management, is seeking a Facilities Technician to join their team. As a Facilities Technician, you will be part of the Facilities Maintenance Department supporting the operations team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent teamwork skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Facilities Technician

**Location:** Greer, SC

**Shift:** Sunday - Thursday, 6 AM - 2:30 PM

**Pay:** $32 per hour

What's the Job?

+ Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal operation

+ Support senior technicians with complex repairs, installations, and troubleshooting

+ Assist with basic plumbing and electrical tasks as needed

+ Monitor building systems and complete work orders accurately

+ Manage inventory and maintain tools to ensure readiness for maintenance activities

What's Needed?

+ EPA Section 608 Certification (Universal preferred)

+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ At least 2 years of HVAC maintenance experience

+ Basic understanding of commercial HVAC systems

+ Ability to read technical manuals and schematics
