             Our client, a dynamic organization in the Wilson, NC area, is seeking a dedicated Office Administrator / Bookkeeper to join their team. As an Office Administrator / Bookkeeper, you will be an essential part of the administrative support team, contributing to the smooth operation of daily business activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization. **Job Title:** Office Administrator / Bookkeeper **Location:** Wilson, NC **Pay Range:** $20 **Shift:** 7am - 4pm, Monday through Friday What's the Job? + Perform general clerical duties, including filing, data entry, photocopying, and scanning. + Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of invoices, receipts, and financial documents. + Enter and reconcile transactions in QuickBooks, including accounts payable and accounts receivable. + Assist with bank reconciliations, expense tracking, and basic bookkeeping tasks. + Prepare reports, correspondence, and spreadsheets as needed. What's Needed? + High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field preferred. + 1–3 years of clerical or administrative experience, preferably in an accounting or office setting. + Proficiency in QuickBooks (Desktop or Online) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). + Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping. + Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
