Our client, a leading organization in the engineering industry, is seeking a Service Coordinator to join their team. As a Service Coordinator, you will be part of the Customer Service Department supporting the Service Operations team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Service Coordinator
**Location:** Novi, MI
Pay: $24/hr.
**Shift:** Monday through Friday, 8am - 5pm
What's the Job?
+ Interact directly with customers and sales representatives on a variety of basic service-related issues
+ Assist with resolving basic problems and communicate solutions or requested information to the customer
+ Assist with analyzing customers’ service needs and coordinate with other service or technical departments to develop and deliver appropriate solutions
+ Assist Regional Service Manager with scheduling routine service calls as required
+ Build and maintain relationships with customers, working to continuously improve the level of service by ensuring customer requirements and organizational service targets are met
What's Needed?
+ High school diploma required; Associates degree or equivalent preferred
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
+ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
+ Proficient in MS Office suite and knowledgeable in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
+ Ability to proactively solve problems and make strong decisions
