Pay:** Up to **$19/hour
**Schedule:** Monday–Thursday, **6:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.** (Some Fridays may be required)

What You’ll Do
+ Perform **semi-complex assembly tasks** within your area of specialization.
+ Follow documented processes, procedures, and instructions to ensure quality and consistency.
+ Identify and resolve **routine manufacturing issues** that arise during production.
+ Utilize advanced skills such as **soldering, testing, and rework** to meet product standards.
+ Collaborate with team members to maintain safety, efficiency, and production goals.
What You’ll Bring
+ **High school diploma or equivalent** required.
+ 3–5 years of experience in assembly, manufacturing, or a related field.
+ Demonstrated ability to perform **precision assembly work** and follow safety protocols.
+ **Specialized skill training or certification** (e.g., soldering) preferred.
+ Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
