Our client is seeking a Employee Compliance Registrations professional to join their team. As a Employee Compliance Registrations specialist, you will be part of the Employee Compliance Department supporting the Registrations Team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Employee Compliance Registrations
**Location:** New York, NY or Jersey City, NJ (In-office: 2 days per week, Remote: 3 days per week)
Pay Range:
What's the Job?
+ Support components of a Registrations project, including project plan execution related to FINRA Associated Persons (APs)
+ Assist in developing and implementing a centralized Registrations Policy for the Americas Division
+ Review existing procedures and update them to align with industry best practices
+ Update relevant documentation to reflect procedural changes
+ Design workflows to support the upgrade of the RegEd system and ensure smooth implementation
What's Needed?
+ Experience in project execution and delivery, especially with large, complex projects involving multiple teams
+ Knowledge of securities broker/dealer registration and licensing rules
+ Proficiency in creating policy, procedure, and playbook documents
+ Strong communication skills to interface effectively with senior management
+ Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills
