Our client, a leader in creative and marketing solutions, is seeking a Project/Program Manager to join their team. As a Project/Program Manager, you will be part of the creative operations supporting various project teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Project/Program Manager

**Location:** Boise, ID

**Pay Range:** $41.83

**Shift:** Day - Mon to Fri - 8 Hours

What's the Job?

+ Oversee and guide creative projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.

+ Coordinate with clients and internal teams to understand project objectives and document requirements.

+ Manage project schedules, track progress, and review assets to meet deadlines and quality standards.

+ Serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, maintaining clear communication and managing expectations.

+ Produce reports such as traffic reports and timesheets to keep management informed of project status.

What's Needed?

+ At least 5 years of experience managing creative projects in a production environment.

+ Experience working within creative agencies or in-house creative teams.

+ Knowledge of creative production workflows and processes.

+ Strong project management skills with attention to detail and ability to manage expectations.

+ Proficiency with project management tools such as Workfront; project management certification is a plus.
