Our client, a leader in aerospace manufacturing, is seeking a Sr Advanced Manufacturing Engineer to join their team. As a Sr Advanced Manufacturing Engineer, you will be part of the Manufacturing Department supporting process development and optimization initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, proactive communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Sr Advanced Manufacturing Engineer

**Location:** Minneapolis, MN

Pay Range: $50.00-$60.00 Hourly

What's the Job?

+ Provide test and manufacturing support for components of the ring laser gyro product line

+ Analyze current process controls for optical components and develop additional methods to measure and control manufacturing processes

+ Utilize CAMP, Lean, and Six-Sigma methodologies to govern engineering standard work practices

+ Investigate and resolve technical issues, facilitate issue identification and analysis

+ Develop improvements in product design and manufacturing processes for cost and cycle time reductions

What's Needed?

+ Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Engineering, Optics, Physics, or Mathematics

+ 5+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing or process engineering

+ Experience with optical systems, components, and modeling

+ Experience with optical metrology and product yield management

+ Ability to work in a cleanroom environment and collaborate across teams
