             Our client, a leading organization in the technology and security sector, is seeking an IAM Architect to join their team. As an IAM Architect, you will be part of the Security Solutions Department supporting the Identity and Access Management team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** IAM Architect **Location:** Whippany, NJ (Onsite) Pay Range: What's the Job? + Design and architect comprehensive IAM solutions that align with business objectives and security standards. + Develop a detailed Book of Work for the next three years to guide IAM implementation efforts. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of IAM systems across various platforms. + Provide technical guidance and support to team members and solution partners to ensure successful project delivery. + Create and gain consensus on design proposals, ensuring they meet organizational and security requirements. What's Needed? + Minimum of 8 years of experience in designing and architecting solutions, with at least 3 years focused on IAM solutions. + Experience with developing and maintaining IAM systems, including custom IDAM tools. + Knowledge of security tools such as Forcepoint, EntraID, and Oracle ID. + Strong requirements analysis, problem-solving, and project management skills. + Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to diverse audiences.
