Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Wareroom Supervisor 2nd Shift to join their team. As a Wareroom Supervisor 2nd Shift, you will be part of the manufacturing operations team supporting production and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to safety and continuous improvement, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Wareroom Supervisor 2nd Shift

**Location:** AUSTIN, IN

**Pay Range:** $62000 - $68000

**Shift:** Monday - Friday, 1:30 PM - 10:30 PM, with shift flexibility

What's the Job?

+ Develop, implement, and supervise manufacturing operations to optimize efficiencies and accuracy of processes

+ Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards outlined by USDA, FDA, GMPs, HACCP, HACQP, and SQF levels 2 & 3

+ Monitor equipment and processes for opportunities to minimize downtime and waste

+ Coordinate staffing assignments and create lineups to ensure proper coverage and training

+ Supervise and direct employees to ensure performance aligns with safety policies and operational standards

What's Needed?

+ Previous manufacturing supervisory experience, preferably with SAP proficiency

+ Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)

+ Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

+ Good planning and organizational abilities

+ Ability to perform basic math and monitor operational metrics
