**Our client, a Property & Facilities Management organization, is seeking a Real Estate Manager to join their team.** As a Real Estate Manager, you will be part of the Property & Facilities Management department supporting onsite property operations. The ideal candidate will have strong budgeting skills, vendor management experience, and excellent written communication, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Real Estate Manager

**Location:** Mountain View, CA (545 San Antonio)

**Pay Range:** $51.52/hr

What’s the Job?

Max of 5

+ Oversee daily property operations, including walking the property and managing vendors.

+ Approve and review invoices, participate in bidding services as needed.

+ Review leases and participate in leasing calls.

+ Enforce lease rules and regulations across the property.

+ Manage multiple budgets for mixed-use buildings.

What’s Needed?

Max of 5

+ 5+ years of property management experience.

+ Ability to read and manage budgets effectively.

+ Experience managing vendor relationships.

+ Strong written communication skills.

+ Comfort with MS Office Suite, Excel, and learning P2P platforms.
