Our client, a leading organization in the consumer goods and healthcare industry, is seeking a passionate and strategic Consumer Insights Manager to join their dynamic team. As a key contributor in the Consumer Insights department, you will support cross-functional teams by providing valuable consumer and market insights. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to business challenges, aligning seamlessly with the company's innovative culture.

What's the Job?
+ Oversee consumer learning initiatives across multiple sources to craft compelling stories that influence strategic decisions.
+ Design and execute research projects aligned with business objectives to answer critical questions and uncover actionable insights.
+ Advocate for the consumer by integrating consumer knowledge into all decision-making processes and communicating insights confidently.
+ Build and nurture strong relationships with internal teams and external partners, including marketing, sales, R&D, and research agencies.
+ Manage category budgets effectively, ensuring timely payments and optimal resource allocation to meet business needs.
What's Needed?
+ Minimum of 5 years of relevant consumer research experience, preferably within consumer packaged goods or pharmaceutical sectors.
+ Deep expertise in market research methodologies and the ability to translate data into strategic insights.
+ Strong understanding of categories, brands, and portfolios with a proven track record of influencing business outcomes.
+ Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently across multiple projects.
+ Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and strategic thinking capabilities.
