    Our client, a leader in precision manufacturing for the medical technology industry, is seeking a Mitsubishi Laser Operator to join their dedicated team. As a Mitsubishi Laser Operator, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting production and quality assurance teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Mitsubishi Laser Operator

    **Location:** San Jose, CA

    **Pay Range:** $25-$32

    **Shift:** Weekend Shift

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Operate Mitsubishi ML3015EX-F60 laser machines to produce high-quality metal components.

    + Ensure the laser is consistently producing parts that meet quality standards.

    + Make minor program adjustments for cutting conditions and part manipulation.

    + Collaborate with inspectors to guarantee part quality and troubleshoot issues with programmers.

    + Produce fixtures and assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Minimum of 3 years experience in precision sheet metal manufacturing.

    + Basic machine operation skills and familiarity with NC programming.

    + Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and print call outs.

    + Proficiency in using calipers and understanding basic mathematics.

    + Strong print reading skills and the ability to manipulate G-code for process improvements.
