Our client, a leading manufacturing organization in the chemical industry, is seeking a dedicated Production Supervisor to join their team. As a Production Supervisor, you will be an integral part of the operations team supporting safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety and quality standards, which will align successfully within the organization.

**Job Title:** Production Supervisor

**Location:** Attleboro, Massachusetts

**Pay Range:** Up to $90,000

What's the Job?

+ Provide safety leadership and serve as a safety culture role model for 24/7 operating unit personnel

+ Ensure safety procedures are followed and establish a proactive safety culture within the production unit

+ Prepare and facilitate plant-wide safety meetings to promote awareness and compliance

+ Maintain compliance with operating permits, rules, and regulations

+ Train personnel, maintain operating procedures, and ensure training documentation is current

What's Needed?

+ Degree in Engineering or Business strongly preferred

+ Experience in chemical plant manufacturing or similar industrial environments

+ Proven supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting

+ Effective leadership skills and the ability to work productively in a cross-functional team environment

+ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to resolve work issues efficiently
