    **Summary** Compiles production or sales cost reports on unit or total basis for department or working unit.

    **Essential Duties and Responsibilities** include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

    + Maintains cost system, determining bills of material, preparation of margin information for General Manager and determination of option material and pricing.

    + Maintenance of models and options in cost system.

    + Assists with the physical inventory (checking accuracy, tracking and pulling cards).

    + Support payroll services as needed for coverage - training provided; however, prior experience a plus!

     

    Education and/or Experience

     

    Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

    Qualifications

    + Knowledge of accounting and financial analysis

    + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; high level proficiency with Excel

    + Strong Math skills

    + Critical thinking

    + Some knowledge of building materials and a manufacturing process is a plus!
