Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager-Technical who will drive the future of AI-powered creative generation that enables advertisers to produce professional-quality image, video and audio at speeds never before thought possible. You'll be responsible for leading product strategy and execution for breakthrough generative AI solutions that transform how advertisers create their creative assets.
The right candidate will have a strong track record of working with both user experience and science teams, and a deep curiosity about the rapidly evolving generative AI landscape. You'll collaborate closely with machine learning engineers, applied scientists, software engineers, and UX designers to build products that fundamentally change the creative development process for advertisers of all sizes.
Key job responsibilities
You will:
- Think big to define and drive end-to-end product strategy from conception through launch, working backwards from advertiser needs to build roadmaps and user experiences for image, video, and audio creation capabilities for TV, podcasts, Amazon.com and publisher sites.
- Dive Deep with applied scientists, ML engineers, and software engineers to translate the latest generative AI research into evidence-based, practical advertiser solutions.
- Collect or create content benchmarks, define success criteria, and execute scientific evaluations in partnership with the organization.
- Learn and be Curious to stay current on generative AI trends, research developments, and industry innovations to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive advantage.
- Write strategic documents including PRFAQs, vision documents, and technical requirements that align leadership and engineering teams on ambitious product goals
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, science, creatives, production teams, go-to-market specialists, and external partners to influence priorities and ensure seamless product execution and adoption.
- Monitor and optimize product performance through data analysis, user feedback, and competitive intelligence to continuously improve AI model outputs and user experience

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of end to end product delivery experience
- Experience integrating UX research into customer experience, team culture, development process, and design principles
- Experience managing and deploying ML products
- Experience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience working with data and leveraging analytics to make decisions
- Demonstrated high curiosity for and awareness of the latest generative AI tools and industry trends
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
- Experience in advertising, marketing technologies, or working with creative teams

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
