    Job Overview:

    Under supervision, the Customer Service Associate handles all post order inquiries via telephone, email, or chat regarding merchandise purchased by customers. The goal of a Customer Service Associate is to attain customer satisfaction by responding in a timely and professional manner.

    Essential Responsibilities:

    + Responds to customer inquiries regarding the status of placed orders, billing, and shipping issues.

    + Handles all questions relating to RMA's, pricing issues, carrier claims, order modifications, and all other post order issues.

    + Gathers all necessary information for inquiries requiring further follow-up and coordinate with support associates as needed.

    Specific Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

    + Well-versed on all current company policies and procedures.

    + Very strong verbal and written communication skills.

    + Professional and courteous demeanor.

    + Strong judgment with analytical problem-solving skills.

    + Team player within the Customer Service Department.

    + Works well under pressure.
