As an unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a dynamic tech, media, and telecom location. What You'll Do:

+ Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies and responding to emergencies as needed.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.

+ Monitor and report on activities or conditions that may impact the security-related environment.

+ Support access control procedures by observing and documenting entry and exit of personnel, visitors, and vehicles in technology-focused locations.

+ Communicate professionally with staff, visitors, and/or vendors while maintaining a visible presence in the assigned location.

+ Collaborate with Allied Universal and client teams to address security-related concerns specific to technology, media, or telecom environments.

Minimum Requirements:

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ A valid security guard card or license is preferred.

+ CPR and/or first aid certification is preferred.

+ Experience with access control and/or badge systems is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
