What You'll Do:

+ Monitor and control access to the location by verifying credentials and authorizations of individuals entering the premises.

+ Assist with implementing site-specific access control procedures to help maintain authorized entry and exit.

+ Observe and report any irregularities or security-related concerns encountered during scheduled and random patrols in and around the facility and its perimeter.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.

+ Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors by answering questions and providing guidance regarding access procedures and site policies.

+ Maintain detailed and accurate records of access control activities and any incidents that occur during the shift.

+ Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and site personnel to communicate concerns or escalate situations as needed.

+ Support emergency response activities as designated by site-specific policies and Allied Universal guidelines.

Minimum Requirements:

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
