What You'll Do:

+ Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, responding to situations as needed.

+ Monitor and control access of personnel, visitors, and vehicles to the location, verifying credentials and logging information as required.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate personnel or authorities if necessary.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and/or activities.

+ Maintain detailed records and logs of access control activities, incidents, and observations while on duty.

+ Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and client staff to address security-related concerns and support emergency response activities as outlined in site protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

+ Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
