As a **Security Officer - Residential Patrol Full Time** in **San Francisco, CA** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal at a residential location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remaining highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents while fostering a welcoming environment. You will perform routine patrols, interact with residents and visitors, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

+ Provide customer service to residents and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies when appropriate.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, providing support as needed.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential property and surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and identify potential issues.

+ Observe and report any unusual activities or incidents in accordance with Allied Universal protocols.

+ Communicate professionally with residents, visitors, and property management staff to address questions and concerns.

+ Assist in controlling access to the property, verifying credentials as required, and monitoring entry and exit points.

+ Document all security-related activities, incidents, and observations during each shift.

+ Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency responders when necessary.

Minimum Requirements:

+ At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.

+ Experience in access control and/or badge systems is preferred.

+ A Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
