What You'll Do:

+ Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as directed.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations at the location in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the retail location and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.

+ Observe and report any unusual or suspicious activity, hazards, or property damage within the retail environment.

+ Assist in controlling access to restricted areas as required by site-specific guidelines.

+ Communicate clearly and professionally with site personnel, visitors, and/or emergency responders as necessary.

+ Complete required documentation and incident reports in a timely and accurate manner.

Minimum Requirements:

+ Comfort with using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
