Position Overview
The CPQ Product Marketing Manager, Medical Informatics (MI), manages our go-to CPQ market strategy and workflows for the Synapse Enterprise Imaging portfolio of products we sell into the North America and Global markets The CPQ Product Marketing Manager would ensure we are effectively streamlining the quoting process of the portfolio, developing scalable quoting workflows, collaborating with product development, and continually evaluating process improvements. He/she would have end-to-end platform management and continuous improvement of complex quoting systems experience. The role works closely and in tight collaboration with our MI Marketing Operations team, product owners, sales leadership, finance, quality assurance, legal and order management. The CPQ Product Marketing Manager would have a high-level understanding of the products within the Synapse enterprise imaging portfolio to properly position the Guided Selling Strategies. This role must consistently demonstrate effective leadership and partnership with all members of the HCUS Medical Informatics organization and work effectively with other cross-functional departments in the organization.

Job Description
Duties and responsibilities
+ Develop user-friendly, scalable quoting workflows that reflect the intricate needs of quoting Medical Informatics solutions in diverse enterprise settings in the North American and Global markets
+ Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of the Oracle CPQ platform, from strategy and requirements through to delivery and optimization
+ Develop and implement Guided Selling strategies designed to streamline the quotation process for complex product portfolios, ensuring sales teams can efficiently quote combinations of software, supporting hardware, and professional services in single enterprise quotes.
+ Understand the specialized requirements for quoting regulated medical software, hardware, and consulting; ensuring accurate compliance, discounting, and approval workflows across all product lines in a unified quote
+ Gather and synthesize requirements from cross-functional stakeholders, including Marketing, Sales, Order Management, TAC / Customer Service, and Support Contracts translating business needs into actionable user stories and system requirements.
+ Integrate input from regulatory, marketing, and implementation teams to maintain compliance and accuracy in Guided Selling rules.
+ Create and maintain a CPQ product roadmap to support scalable quoting, pricing, and product configuration processes forthe North American and Global
+ Own and manage the product backlog and prioritize features based on business impact and stakeholder input.
+ Collaborate directly with sales, marketing, finance, quality assurance, legal, and order management and contacts management to gather requirements and validate design decisions.
+ Ensure seamless integration of multiple product lines, accurate product configuration, pricing, and bundling within the CPQ environment for the North American and Global markets.
+ Monitor and gather feedback on system performance, conducting user testing and continuous process improvements.
+ Document requirements, maintain process artifacts, and provide user training as needed.
+ Keep informed of Oracle CPQ platform enhancements and relevant trends in healthcare enterprise software solutions.
+ Ensure that the CPQ platform decisions promote integration among other Sales and Service critical systems, such as SAP, Product Maintenance middleware, and Salesforce.
+ Deliver a seamless quoting experience for multi-product, services-rich solutions for the North American and Global markets.
+ Participate in the market and sales introduction strategy for new products ensuring support of sales to exceed targets.
+ Collaborate closely with MI sales leaders to ensure sales have the selling tools needed to be successful.
+ Conduct MI Sales CPQ training needs; communicate product specific quote generation workflows, best practices and updates.
+ Gather needs from sales, marketing, order management, implementation, contracts and customer service for up-to-date quoting necessities and efficiencies.
+ Maintain active participation withProduct Management (PdM)product groups, leveraging subject matter experience to ensure our product quoting process matches the quoting requirements so our new innovations are targeting sales and customer needs.
+ Collaborates with PdM and development teams by understanding field topics, roadmap progression and product goals.
+ Support travel to the Synapse development offices for collaborative meetings with MI Marketing, MI Marketing Operations, PdM and development for product review, business operations, configurations and prioritizations.
+ Maintain a high level of market interest in the Synapse product portfolio, from effective product comprehension through close collaboration with PdM, MI Marketing Communications and sales
+ Collaborate with MI sales training initiatives to ensure all levels of sales are prepared to effectively execute our Guided Selling strategy to exceed their
+ Support the RFP team as a CPQ subject matter expert, ensuring RFP responses are accurate and effective for quote submissions.
+ Collaborate with the MI Marketing team, PdM and development teams to provide competitive feedback and market intelligence captured from sales activity.
+ Actively engage and support the Sales Enablement tools such as Salesforce Community, Showpad, Klue, Workfront, and others.
+ Comply with all applicable U.S. Food and Drug Administration (U.S. FDA) medical device regulatory requirements, applicable ISO 13485 standard requirements and all other applicable laws, regulations and standards.

Qualifications
+ BA/BS/MA, with 7+ years of progressive experience in Healthcare / Enterprise Imaging Informatics.
+ End-to-end7+ years ofOracle CPQ or competitive CPQ platform management experience.
+ Expertise in Oracle CPQ and Sales Guided Selling capabilities:
+ Experience with cross-functional requirement gathering and process mapping for enterprise software and hardware solutions.
+ Proven ability to document, manage, and prioritize backlog in a dynamic and agile environment.
+ Strong communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
+ Extensive experience in software promotion.
+ Experience supporting teams in Enterprise Imaging.
+ Broad functional expertise in marketing and sales with experience in the areas of strategic planning, go-to market product planning and pricing strategies.
+ Proven track record of overachievement.
