As a **Security Professional - Hospital Campus Driver** in **Cleveland, OH** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer in a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas to help maintain a secure environment for patients, visitors, and staff. By remaining visible and approachable, you will help to deter potential security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service and clear communication. This position involves driving responsibilities in support of your patrol duties. What You'll Do:

+ Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare environment.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting staff, patients, and visitors as needed.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and around the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and identify potential issues.

+ Observe and report any unusual conditions or activities to the appropriate personnel.

+ Assist with access control procedures, monitoring entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized persons from entering restricted areas.

+ Support hospital staff and visitors by providing information and assistance as requested.

+ Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of daily activities, incidents, and any security-related occurrences.

+ Follow all company and site-specific protocols as directed by Allied Universal and site management.

Minimum Requirements:

+ Proof of vaccination is required for hospital assignments.

+ Proof of a high school diploma or General Education Diploma is required.

+ A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
