As a Patrol Unarmed Security Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated areas within a healthcare location, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing a visible presence to support a secure environment. What You'll Do:

+ Provide exceptional customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies at the healthcare location.

+ Assist with emergency response activities as appropriate, maintaining a calm and problem-solving demeanor during incidents and/or critical situations.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and surrounding perimeter to help to deter potential incidents and identify unusual activity.

+ Monitor access points and observe for unauthorized individuals or activities within the facility.

+ Document and report all incidents, observations, and/or unusual circumstances according to established protocols.

+ Collaborate with facility staff and Allied Universal team members to support a secure and welcoming environment for visitors, patients, and staff.

Minimum Requirements:

+ A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
